Andreas 0.8 for WordPress has no images so the file size is minimal, but it is easy to add your own images if you want to. Choose between a 2-column or 3-column layout to suit your purpose of your blog. But for the 3-column layout, it’s not very SEO friendly since it loads the left sidebar first rather than the contents. For me, the attractive factor of this theme is its blue colour and its simplicity. Go to the download and demo page.

The Left bar/right bar IS supposed to load first before the main content.

If you don’t know why, then try turning off your CSS. Do you want to see a bunch of main content text first, or a menu which lets you choose to jump to the main content of your choice?

Sometimes, some hidden menu is available when CSS is disabled. For example, my blog, which is also using a template by Andreas Viklund, the creator of n by Andreas 0.8

I’ve came across theme, which has left sidebar, but the content load first. View the HTML source of the webpage and see what comes first. For example, this webpage http://degadget.blogspot.com . When you view the page source you can see that the content is above the sidebar code. Search engine crawler will crawl your content first, because what is important for SE is the content. Correct me if I’m wrong

True. Many search engines spiders a website from top first to bottom. But more advanced search engines such as Google or Yahoo have the ability to identify a navigation system when it encounters one. Because your link goes to your content anyway, therefore, the spider will know that the linked content must be the more important part of the website.

It also depends on what you identify your DIV sections to be. :)
